Refund policy

We take pride in our quality, but due to the nature of our products:

• All handmade items and raw cards are final sale.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

• If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• We do not accept returns based on card grading expectations or personal condition opinions.
